One-Bedroom Apartment
Small is beautiful! Spectacular ocean and sunset views. The apartment has four areas: bedroom (with closet), private bathroom (with tub/shower), living room (with sofa beds), and full kitchen (with refrigerator/fridge, microwave, toaster, etc...). The bar between the kitchen and the living room is used for dining or as a desk. The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace. The apartments on the first floor have a balcony.
Penthouse 2 bedrooms
Spacious suite with spectacular sea and sunset views. This suite has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, closet and private bathroom (with tub/shower). The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet. There is a separate full bathroom (with tub/shower) for the second bedroom/guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove, refrigerator/fridge, kitchenware and microwave, coffee maker, etc. The suite has a dining area for 6 people, a living area with a flat-screen TV, and another living room (with 2 sofa beds). It has the capacity to accommodate six people comfortably.
About Us
Condumel is located in Cozumel and offers 10 fully furnished (eight) one-bedroom and (two) two-bedroom waterfront condo apartments with kitchen, just a 10 minute waterfront stroll to town. We are on an iron shore beach which offers more for snorkeling than a gradually sloping sandy beach. We have palapas, hammocks, a barbecue and an incomparable view to the Caribbean and of the sunset. We are small enough to provide friendly personal service. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. San Juan Beach is 2.8 km from the property, while the airport (Cozumel International Airport) is just 5 minutes away.
